IBEW Local 890 is happy to announce CE online submission of work hour reports. This will be managed through the JATC office. Please follow the directions below to create an account and get started!

Procedure for on-line submission of monthly

work report time cards

The Wisconsin NECA-IBEW Apprenticeship and Training Office and IBEW 890 would like to inform you of the updated process for accessing and submission of monthly Work Report Time Cards. Construction Electricians will now be required to submit monthly work hours utilizing the Apprenticeship and Training Office online TradeSchool System. These hours will be utilized in confirming eligibility for wage advancements and to track overall progress. Work Report Time Cards are due on the 1st of the following month but must be received by the tenth (10th) of the month. This means hours worked in September should be submitted on October 1st with a grace period until October 10th.

Five categories have been created for you to enter your hours into: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Renewable Energy, and Continuing Education (CEUs). You should enter your hours in the work category based on the type of work you have been performing.

As a Construction Electrician, you have access to a secure portal, which allows you to enter your monthly Work Report Time Cards on-line and view your overall record. To accomplish this task, you are required to provide our office with an active, frequently used email address.

Please use the instructions listed below to access your Webservices Account:

You can access APPRENTICE LOGIN via the Wisconsin NECA-IBEW Apprenticeship and Training Office website: www.wijatc.org

  1. In the upper right corner of the home page select the APPRENTICE LOGIN link.
  2. Log into your Web Services page.
  3. First time login: Click FORGOT PASSWORD and enter the email address that you have provided us (the one you received this email at). Complete the security question and select SEND. You will soon receive an automated email message from TradeSchool Web Services giving you detailed instructions on how to reset your password. (Please note that your password must be at least 12 characters long and can only contain alpha and numerical values [no symbols]).
  4. Subsequent Logins: Please enter your email address and your individualized password that you have chosen as previously described.
  5. Once logged in to your Web Services page
  6. Please select the APPRENTICE button from the banner bar.
  7. Next select HOURS tab from below the banner bar.
  8. Finally select the appropriate MONTH and YEAR from the drop down bars.
  9. You are now able to enter/edit your work hours for the month and year selected.
  10. When you are done editing your work and school hours, select SAVE. (Please be advised that selecting SAVE does not submit your time card.)
  11. When you have completed entering hours for the entire month and have reviewed your entries for accuracy select SUBMIT. (Please note if you wish to enter your hours daily you will need to SAVE daily and then SUBMIT at the end of the month.)
  12. Once you select SUBMIT you can no longer edit that month’s time card.
  13. Please check that your Work Record Time Card has been submitted by selecting the appropriate year tab, then click the “View” button next to the appropriate month and verify that your record has been submitted. You will also receive an automated email receipt of delivery.
  14. Please remember to LOG OUT to end your session.
