AHA CPR/First Aid – 8 hours (0 CEUs)
Safety on the job and in everyday life is important. The ability to react calmly and perform lifesaving measures in an emergency situation is critical to how well or how bad the outcome might be. This course will give students the knowledge and proper technique in rendering assistance when it’s needed most. (This course issues a one-year CPR and two-year First Aid card).

Electrical Safety – 6 hours (0 CEUs)
Electrical Safety is a six-hour course designed to highlight and enforce safety hazards in our field as well as proper procedures to avoid them in our industry. The course will cover many aspects of safety in our field as well as a basic overview of arc flash and how to interpret safety labels to understand the proper procedures to take. This course is presented by Caleb Alexander, a seasoned safety professional and owner of Safety Management & Training.

Transition to Trainer – 8 hours (0 CEUs)
This class is for final year apprentices who will as journey workers soon be responsible for passing on their skills to new apprentices. Developed by the Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards, this 8-hour course teaches soon-to-be journey workers how to serve as a mentor and job coach, how to provide hands-on skill training, how to give positive and effective performance feedback, and explores the characteristics of a positive and diverse work environment.

Conduit Bending – 21 hours (21 CEUs)
This class is designed to provide classroom instruction in the concepts of conduit bending and lab exercises in the application of common bending scenarios. The class will provide a comprehensive overview of conduit bending procedures and methods. The class will include coverage of all aspects of hand bending tools, conduit layout, and procedures in accordance with the National Electrical Code. After completing Conduit Bending, students should be able to calculate and layout Back-to-Back 90° Bends, Offsets, and Kick Bends

Grounding and Bonding I – 15hrs (15 CEUs) Grounding is an important aspect of the electrical industry and safety. There are many ways to achieve the performance requirements of the NEC. Article 250 is the longest article in the code at 29 pages of detailed information. Part I of the 2-part course, studies the purpose of Grounded and Ungrounded systems, Service Grounding & Bonding, Grounding Electrodes, Grounding Electrode Conductor sizing and the performance and prescriptive aspects of Article 250 Parts I – V. (This course is approved for 15 hours of Wisconsin State Electrical Credentialing). ALL 15 HOURS MUST BE ATTENDED FOR CREDENTIALING CREDIT. Class Date/Time: Mondays October 13th– November 10th, 2025, 5:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.

CW/CE INTRODUCTION TO THE ELECTRICAL TRADE – 12 Hours (12 CEUs)
If you’re new to the electrical industry, unfamiliar with some of the specialty tools and materials and want or need to get more familiar with our ways, this class will help. From residential to commercial to industrial jobsites there are so many different aspects to the electrical field that you will spend your career learning new things. Get started right! This course is approved for 12 hours of Wisconsin State Electrical Credentialing FOR Registered Electrician license only. ALL 12 HOURS MUST BE ATTENDED FOR CREDIT. Class Date/Time: 5-8pm 4 nights. Tuesday Oct. 7th, Thursday Oct. 9th, Tuesday October 14th and Wednesday Oct. 15th, 2025. Materials Needed: Pencil, paper, calculator

JW/Master Exam Prep- 16hrs (16 CEUs) Joe Hertel & Monte Ewing will be offering their unique training, practice, insight and tips on how you can pass the Wisconsin Electrical Credentialing Exams using only the 2017 NEC and the SPS 316 Wisconsin Electrical Code. This intense (2-8-hour days) session will provide the confidence you need to write the test and obtain your Master, Journeyman, or Inspectors License. Plan for this key training just before you schedule your test date for best results.

Master Electrician Exam Prep – 8 hours (8 CEUs) State licensing is required to become a Master electrician. This class will increase your knowledge of the 2017 National Electrical Code. You will gain increased efficiency in navigating and applying the 2017 National Electrical Code to state required testing at a master level.
This course is approved for 8 hours of Wisconsin State Electrical Credentialing. Instructor Brad Wildes.

Introduction to Motor Controls – 12 hours (12 CEUs)
From switches to complex PLCs, control systems are everywhere. In this introductory course on motor controls, students will develop a very basic understanding of the evolution and variety of uses in motor control. Students will learn the differences between IEC and NEMA, schematic and wiring diagrams, and the fundamentals of the holding circuit. Reading and drawing ladder diagrams will also be introduced.
