Conduit Bending – 21 hours (21 CEUs)–FULL
This class is designed to provide classroom instruction in the concepts of conduit bending and lab exercises in the application of common bending scenarios. The class will provide a comprehensive overview of conduit bending procedures and methods. The class will include coverage of all aspects of hand bending tools, conduit layout, and procedures in accordance with the National Electrical Code. After completing Conduit Bending, students should be able to calculate and layout Back-to-Back 90° Bends, Offsets, and Kick Bends

Grounding and Bonding I – 15hrs (15 CEUs)–FULL– Grounding is an important aspect of the electrical industry and safety. There are many ways to achieve the performance requirements of the NEC. Article 250 is the longest article in the code at 29 pages of detailed information. Part I of the 2-part course, studies the purpose of Grounded and Ungrounded systems, Service Grounding & Bonding, Grounding Electrodes, Grounding Electrode Conductor sizing and the performance and prescriptive aspects of Article 250 Parts I – V. (This course is approved for 15 hours of Wisconsin State Electrical Credentialing). ALL 15 HOURS MUST BE ATTENDED FOR CREDENTIALING CREDIT. Master Electrician Exam Prep – 8 hours (8 CEUs) State licensing is required to become a Master electrician. This class will increase your knowledge of the 2017 National Electrical Code. You will gain increased efficiency in navigating and applying the 2017 National Electrical Code to state required testing at a master level.
This course is approved for 8 hours of Wisconsin State Electrical Credentialing. Instructor Brad Wildes.

Introduction to Motor Controls – 12 hours (12 CEUs)–FULL
From switches to complex PLCs, control systems are everywhere. In this introductory course on motor controls, students will develop a very basic understanding of the evolution and variety of uses in motor control. Students will learn the differences between IEC and NEMA, schematic and wiring diagrams, and the fundamentals of the holding circuit. Reading and drawing ladder diagrams will also be introduced.
